Ultimate 2-Person Entry Form

Entry Fee: $30.00 per player due at time of registration               Playing Fees: Due Day of Play

Format: Best Ball (Holes 1-6)           Modified Alternate Shot (Holes 7-12)                    Scramble (13-18)

Best Ball – Each player plays their own ball. Record each player’s gross score, and the best one between you will be used as the team score.

Modified – Both players tee off. Select the best ball to use. Alternate shots until the ball is holed.

Scramble – Both players tee off. Select the best shot, and both players play from that position. Continue the format until the ball is holed.

Tees: Based on player preference.

Handicaps: Calculated using the USGA recommendation.

Best Ball – 85% of each player’s course handicap.

Modified – 50% of the low player’s course handicap and 40% of the high player’s course handicap.

Scramble – 35% of the low player’s course handicap and 15% of the high player’s course handicap.

Flights: Flights will be determined based on the combined team handicap.

Gross & Net Skins plus Deuce Pot Available - $5.00 each and paid the day of the event.

We will be utilizing LIVE scoring! Must have GHIN and Golf Genius App.
